If a product does not meet your expectations, you will benefit from simple and transparent solutions only in the cases provided for below .


1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return request.

2. Conditions for accepting returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • To be unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • Be in your complete original packaging

  • Please include your proof of purchase (order number).

⚠️ Returns are only accepted for:

  • Defective products

  • Order errors (wrong product delivered)

All other returns will not be accepted. Some promotional or personalized items may also be non-returnable.

3. Return Procedure

No order should be returned without prior agreement. Customer service will inform you of the procedure to follow and, if necessary, the return address.

4. Refunds
Once the return has been validated and received, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or wrong size sent).

5. Exchanges

6. Defective orders or errors
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo of the product in question.
We will provide a replacement or a refund.
