However, a slight difference in color or presentation may exist depending on the screens or production series.

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4 – Order

Any order placed on the website www.masilhouetteparfaite.com implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the customer via email.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments are secure and processed via Shopify Payments, which accepts:

Payment options: Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the region

All transactions are protected by the SSL protocol.
My Perfect Silhouette never has access to the customer's banking information.

Article 6 – Delivery

The full delivery policy is available in the "Delivery" section of the website.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

France and Europe : Free delivery, 6 to 10 business days
United States and Canada : Free shipping on orders over €50, 7 to 15 business days

⏰ These delivery times are given as an indication only and may be extended during periods of high activity, promotions or exceptional circumstances (customs, weather conditions, carriers, etc.).

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Article 8 – Responsibility

The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
In the event of delivery to a country other than France, the customer is responsible for complying with local laws.
