📦 4. How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
It becomes active as soon as the final carrier (GLS, La Poste, USPS, etc.) takes charge of your package.
You will be able to follow its progress in real time.

💰 7. How long will it take to get my refund?
Once the return has been validated and received, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or wrong size sent).
